We kick off with some real “Summertime Sadness” with Hikikomori. Doss is a new artist I’ve been hyped on. His music reminds of an emotional ‘90s video arcade. I wish I made Doss’ music. 18-yr-old Sophia Black is killin’ it on this R&B/‘Club remix by Equator Club—definitely look out for her; I think she’ll become a star. Experience Ibiza-vibes with Gorgon City’s latest collab’ with Laura Welsh. Dat bouncy bass, tho… AOA bless us with their Pop goodness I can’t get enough of. I’m so stoked for Jessie Ware’s new record. “Tough Love” is amazing and worth crying to. Glam Shell, VesperTown, and Shum turn things up before we end with some chill Cloud Trap by Blvcksvnd.

This mix is a collection of feels. Anon opens with some contemplative feels. The perpetually sad Ryan Hemsworth returns with a beautiful production that's particularly worth it for the last 30 seconds alone. El Blanco Nino bringing some enigmatic vibes with that brooding lead synth. Next up is the party jam – Kartell's housey × hip-hop "Minimum Move" should be on every summer playlist. Next, King Henry turns down some of the big room and results in this bedtime version of the original. Kicking off the second half we have fun, goofy feels from KR$CHN delivered in a wobbly summer trap track, and continuing peculiarity from Madnap. Some future bounce with Mayo, production by Milo Mills. And closing with some romance - first from Different Sleep's sleepy remix of Future and the original version "Over Again" from Andy's mix.
A few years ago we started trading mixtapes as a fun way to share new (or old) songs that we thought our brother-from-another-mother (or sister-from-another-mister) might enjoy. It began with a simple set of parameters — 10 tracks and a title — and quickly* became this little site where we can share with the world the mixtapes we've shared with each other.
* This site was completed in under 24 hours on a chilly, winter evening warmed by the glows of our computers.

She created Family Knux as a place where she can give you two out of three. Maybe one day you'll get all three. Hmm.
